Lavender Bay

My place overlooks Lavender Bay (as well as the more recognisable view of the bridge) and here is a photo of it.
It looks tranquil but across the bay is Luna Park (some people call it Lunatic Park) and as this is a funfair and it is still the school holidays, it can be a bit noisy up until 6pm when peace reigns again. The noise is basically screaming but in a good way. Next week the holidays are over and the park be will be closed for part of the week.
